Brit Poulson, owner and principal, brings 26 years of experience to the field of management consulting and leadership coaching. Brit’s work focuses on principles and tools to maximize leadership effectiveness and fulfillment.
Brit integrates the fields of management consulting, business psychology and leadership coaching to help clients grow and prosper. He has provided consulting and coaching services to companies such as Immunex/Amgen, Xerox, Institute for Systems Biology, Canadian Pacific Railway, Gleason Corporation, Garrett (Honeywell), Philips and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.
Brit has been a psychology professor at three different U.S. universities, at Inlingua in Italy and at Nankai University in China. Brit’s rich experience includes his work as a Dale Carnegie course instructor, as a psychotherapist in private practice and as a corporate trainer. Brit’s combination of business expertise, incisive questions and human compassion helps his clients achieve outstanding results.
Lismary de Lemos has been successfully involved in adult education for 20 years, 10 of which in the role of training the trainers.
As a leadership coach and trainer, she has supported top and mid-level management by providing individuals and groups with communication tools, change management consultation, team building strategies, conflict management, and strategic planning resources.
Having been in leadership positions, she understands the challenges of bringing forth balanced leadership while addressing bottom-line concerns. Clients appreciate Lismary for her insights into the organizational structure, applicable and dynamic training, and creative solutions.
Lismary holds a
masters degree in applied behavioral sciences with a focus on consulting and coaching in
organizations. She is on the faculty for the University of Washington's Project Management certificate program.
For the last 22 years Ann has worked in the private, public and non-profit sectors as a coach, consultant, and manager. Ann has served billion dollar companies like Microsoft and T-Mobile, USA as well as government entities including the Washington State Office of the Governor and the Department of Information Services. Ann's assignments have taken her to China and Malaysia where she managed the development of educational and entertainment programming.
Clients recognize Ann for her ability to create a space for trusted and candid conversation. Here generative spirit brings simplicity to complex situations through one-on-one coaching and dynamic facilitation. She holds a masters degree in Consulting and Coaching in organizations from the Leadership Institute of Seattle, Bastyr and an undergraduate degree in visual communications and Political Science from the Evergreen State College. She is committed to community service and currently serves as a board member of the Leadership
Institute of Seattle.
Emile Haddad is a bi-cultural, bi-lingual facilitator, trainer and coach. His focus is executive coaching, conflict resolution and management consulting. He believes that success cultures in organizations are built on strong values, personal accountability, and effective communications in the workplace.
Emile’s broad experience includes years of practice in the field of architecture. His current consulting career encompasses an extensive background in training and coaching in the fields of psychology and personal development.
Over the past 15 years Emile has trained a wide variety of groups and led multiple retreats annually. His focus has been on guiding individuals and teams to challenge their setbacks; uncover their strengths and find the strategic alignment necessary to achieve their desired goals for success.
Sheila Richardson is Director of Business Development. Her career also includes Director of Business Development and Business Development Officer positions with IT
service and software firms. She was co-founder and President of Richardson-Hurshell Public Relations. Her extensive experience includes business development, marketing and public relations management for a wide range of companies in the technology, media and professional services industries.
As a Washington State delegate to the White House Conference on Small Business she has represented State economic development issues in the National arena. She has served on numerous non-profit boards, is a past president of the board of Seattle’s Media Arts Center and was founding director of the Digital Media Alliance, now part of Washington Technology Industry
Association.
Ms. Richardson's background also includes
Director of Marketing at Powder
Magazine. She was an original investor in Powder Magazine and is an Internet technologies pioneer involved with several ventures. Richardson was named to Who's Who in the West for business and organizational innovation and leadership. She is a Seattle native and a
cum laude graduate of the University of Washington.
Dan Leahy is an innovative personal and organizational development specialist. With 16 years of leadership education experience and another 16 year's experience,
he as a clinical therapist he brings a unique blend of interpersonal and organizational perspectives to his work. His professional experience includes serving as President of the Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS, Inc.) from 2001 to 2007.
He is committed to leadership development.
Since he believes that leadership is fundamentally a dance between the leader, the followers and the organizational mission, his approach focuses on helping the individual develop the ability to both take a stand and stay connected with others in service of the desired results. Given his work in adult education his approach is one that emphasizes inquiry and directed reflection tailored to the individual’s circumstances.
He holds bachelors degrees in communication arts and sociology from Washington State University and a
master of arts in applied behavioral science from Whitworth College. His post graduate training includes the Art & Practice of Leadership Development program at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, Peter Bloch’s Regional School for Managing, Leadership Eastside, and Pacific Integral’s two year Generating Transformational Change program.
Sandra Sault Poulson is a seasoned organizational consultant, visionary change agent and dedicated mom.
Sandra is principal of RealTrust Consulting, which focuses on organization development and culture change to achieve sustainability. Sandra’s practice develops leadership skills, awareness and collective capacity to achieve sustainability by orchestrating collaboration across sectors, silos and issues to achieve systemic, whole systems change. Sandra’s practice provides design and facilitation of organizational change strategies, collaborative processes, cross-sector learning communities, and group events/retreats to realize whole systems change within organizations.
Mary Jo Svendsen currently serves business customers as a consultant in designing and delivering leadership development programs, and developing strategic plans. Mary Jo served as program manager and lead instructor at the Boeing Leadership Center for a two-week residential program for senior mid-level managers. Prior to that assignment, she served as program manager, instructional designer, and instructor for a one-week residential program for emerging mid-level managers at
Boeing Leadership Center. She also designed and facilitated other Boeing
Leadership Centerprograms including a two-day team-building workshop, and a one-week residential program for first-level managers.
In 1994, Mary Jo completed a master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science, with an emphasis in managing and consulting in human systems, from Leadership Institute of Seattle at Bastyr University. She graduated from the University of Washington and began her career as a teacher for Mercer Island Public Schools.
Mary Jo enjoys more flexibility in her personal time since retirement. She serves as Board President on the Sunrise Ridge Health Services Board on Vashon Island, Washington, and coordinates ski trips for a local ski club.
Kristina Katayma has proven results-driven management experience
and brings real-world perspective and credibility to her leadership. The rare combination of her ability to think strategically and systematically allows her to effectively link the big picture vision to the practical details of execution management. Much of her success is a result of her intrapreneurial approach to leadership from the inside out, to bring out the best of human potential at all levels.
She played key roles in the formation and implementation of a start-up business venture, the purchase and sale of assets for investors, organizational change initiatives, acquisitions and expansion of operations and market reach. Her results improve business effectiveness by opening the organizations she leads to candid dialogue and more meaningful participation and contribution from all levels. She recognizes the value of human capital and seeks to leverage it. She fosters a culture of effective leadership regardless of circumstances.
