The Leadership Edge:  4 hrs

Benefits: improved leadership and communication skills that produce results in the workplace. In this 4hr workshop, participants practice:

  • Clarifying and communicating intentions

  • Analyzing complex situations to determine the most effective course of action

  • Recognizing how one’s thought process is helping or hindering task achievement.

The Leadership Advantage:  12 weeks, 5 training sessions and coaching

Benefits: improved ability to influence work situations and attain engagement from team members. Improved interpersonal skills with enhanced self-awareness and self management. Increased effectiveness in decision making and in the ability to diagnose and correct a situation in the moment.
