The Leadership Edge:  4 hrs

Benefits: improved leadership and communication skills that produce results in the workplace. In this 4hr workshop, participants practice:

• Clarifying and communicating intentions

• Analyzing complex situations to determine the most effective course of action

• Recognizing how one’s thought process is helping or hindering task achievement.

The Leadership Advantage:  12 weeks, 5 training sessions and coaching

Benefits: improved ability to influence work situations and attain engagement from team members. Improved interpersonal skills with enhanced self-awareness and self management. Increased effectiveness in decision making and in the ability to diagnose and correct a situation in the moment.

In this program, participants work with the advanced tools and concepts of the Leadership Map:

Tools	Description of tool use
Basic Leadership Map for Self	Quickly diagnose a situation by identifying information, intention and impact. Benefit of improved self-management and more effective action.
Mutually Beneficial Intentions	List deeper wants for self and other. Frame conversations that engage others in win- win solutions.
Here and Now use of the Leadership Map	Diagnose and intervene in a situation in the moment. Improved communications in a fast paced environment.
Clear Intentions	Clarify and communicate intentions. Benefit of more effective decisions and self- restraint; keep listeners’ attention with shorter explanations.
Advanced Leadership Map for Self	Diagnose a situation in depth and select effective courses of action. Identify previously missed opportunities.
Leadership Map for the Other	More effectively influence people by understanding their perspective. Have more effective conversations by focusing on key questions.
Leadership Map for Coaching	Effectively frame coaching questions. Help coachee move forward by separating elements of situation.
